There’s an election every year, including this one!

Election THIS YEAR: Tuesday, November 7, 2023
The Boulder County Clerk started mailing ballots to voters Monday, October 16.

LAST RECOMMENDED DAY TO MAIL YOUR BALLOT IS MONDAY OCTOBER 30.

CONVENIENT 24-Hour Ballot Drop Box and Full Service Vote Center Locations and hours,
listed by city, here.

IF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY, SIGN UP FOR BALLOT TRACK, here.

Please note:
From the Boulder County Clerk — Monday, October 30 will be the last day to register/update your address and still be sent a ballot in the mail.
To get a ballot after the mailing deadline, you have two options:
1) register/check your registration online and then request a Ballot-to-Go,
or 2) Visit a Vote Center to register/vote in-person.

You should have your ballot by now…
If not, do this:

FIRST, CHECK YOUR VOTER REGISTRATION at govotecolorado.gov
(Click “Find my registration”)
When your registration comes up, click the “Ballot Information” tab. It will show you whether your ballot has been sent.
Make sure your address is correct and, while you’re at it, that your affiliation is what you want it to be.
You’ll find a list of your districts under the “County and District Info” tab.
IF YOUR REGISTRATION IS CORRECT, and it shows that your ballot has been sent, but it has been several days, you can request a replacement ballot, and use the Clerk’s “Ballot to Go” curbside, pickup service.

USING THE BOULDER COUNTY CLERK’S BALLOT-TO-GO (B2G):

Step 1: Register to vote or check/update your registration at www. GoVoteColorado.gov.

Step 2: Call 720-440-7886 to order your ballot and choose the Vote Center where you’d like to pick up your ballot. If you just registered to vote or made changes to your registration, please wait at least 2-3 business hours before calling.

Step 3: Pick up your ballot outside your selected Vote Center! Look for designated Ballot-to-Go parking spots. For the walk-up location at CU, look for Ballot-to-Go signage.

ALSO NOTE: If it’s close to Election Day, November 7, it might be just as easy to go to a Vote Center (bring ID), explain that you haven’t received a ballot, and they will issue you a ballot to fill out right there.

LOST YOUR BALLOT? It happens!
Requesting a replacement ballot is just a phone call away: 720-440-7886 (Ballot-to-Go)
— OR —
Visit a Vote Center near you (bring ID) & request a replacement ballot

This will make your original ballot void. If  you end up finding the ballot you lost, destroy it.

Not registered to vote? No Problem!
Colorado is a same day registration state meaning, you can go to any Vote Center (bring ID), register to vote, and vote any day during Vote Center hours, up to and on Election Day, Tuesday, November 7, by 7pm!

24-Hour Ballot Drop Box and Full Service Vote Center Locations and hours, listed by city, here.
