NEXT LAD MEETING: THIS Wednesday, June 7, 6:30pm, via zoom. THERE IS AN ELECTION EVERY YEAR, including this one! You don’t want to miss this meeting — LAD does not have a meeting in July or August. But we will launch a summer of “recharging” — don’t forget our 20th Anniversary Celebration in August! — and help you be ahead of the game, and IN THE KNOW for this fall! We’ll be discussing the upcoming St. Vrain School Board, and Longmont City Council races, and city initiatives that will be ON YOUR BALLOT for THIS November 7. We’ll be giving you lots of “put this on your radar /heads up” election tips, as you start hearing murmurs of candidates and ballot issues this summer!
WE’LL ALSO INTRODUCE our inspiring “Shine the Light” continuing feature, spotlighting local community groups we love that share our values.
