Wednesday, June 1 • 6:30pm (75-minute film plus discussion) • Front Range Community College • Community Room
[The award winning]“Limited Partnership
chronicles the 40-year love story between Filipino American Richard Adams and his Australian husband, Tony Sullivan. In 1975, thanks to a courageous county clerk in Boulder, Colorado, Richard and Tony were one of the first same sex couples to be legally married in the world.” — pbs.org
That courageous county clerk, Clela Rorex, will be joining us to answer questions and tell us about her history-making actions on that day in 1975. We are also very pleased to have Mardi Moore, Executive Director of Out Boulder County to help give some local perspective on the film.
