WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 13th, at 6:30pm we will feature a 20 minute video on the Academy Award nominated film, “Chasing Ice”, directed by James Balog, who lives near Boulder, “…the story of one man’s mission to change the tide of history by gathering undeniable evidence of climate change. Using time-lapse cameras, his videos compress years into seconds and capture ancient mountains of ice in motion as the disappear at a breathtaking rate.”
ALSO: We will show the film, “The Sky is Pink” — “An emergency short film from Josh Fox, the Oscar-nominated director of GASLAND addressing the urgent crisis of drilling and fracking in New York state.”
