Please join us NEXT Wednesday
September 7 at 6:30pm
723 Main Street, Longmont
for this most important event!
One of the few opportunities to get to know all the candidates in the upcoming city council election, and where they stand on the issues and challenges that face Longmont.
Longmont’s City Council race is a non partisan race, so it would be inappropriate for Longmont Area Democrats to endorse any one candidate. But we are proud that the Longmont Progressive Center is serving as host this event for citizens.
Please submit questions now and in the days ahead, pertaining to what you’d like to ask the candidates. Questions will be presented to candidates by an appointed moderator. Email your candidate questions to Judy W. Bigger at email@example.com
Also, if your organization is interested in co-sponsoring this event, please contact Judy at the above email address.
The Longmont City Council Election is mail-in ballot only. Did you vote in 2010? If not, you may have to check your mail-in status and you can do so by going to the Longmont City Clerk’s website. You can also check your voter registration status at the Boulder County Clerk’s website. Election Day is Tuesday, November 1.
PLEASE VOTE ON NOVEMBER 1st. And make it an informed vote by attending the Longmont City Council/Mayoral Candidate Forum on September 7!
